About Us
Wijzenbroek is rooted in formal design education combined with hands-on experience in residential projects. Over the years, I’ve worked through a range of project types, gaining a strong understanding of both the creative and technical sides of home design.
I chose to focus on residential design because of its personal nature. A home is more than just a structure—it’s where daily life happens. Being able to shape those environments in a meaningful, creative and functional way is a very important to me.
What I enjoy most is helping homeowners bring their ideas to life and guiding them through the process with clarity and confidence. Seeing a project come together in a way that improves how someone lives in their space is always the most rewarding part.
Sophia completed the Architectural Construction Engineering Technology program at Conestoga & obtained an Advanced Diploma in 2020. Followed by the Architecture: Project Facility Management Program & obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2022.
She is BCIN registered through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing.

My name is Sophia and its a pleasure to have you here.
My interest in design developed early but truly rooted itself when my family began designing and building their home. This opportunity gave me early insight into the process. Following that experience, I spent a summer shadowing the Architectural Technologist who led the design, further deepening my interest in this career path.
As a draftsperson, I prioritize understanding your individual needs and vision. Through initial consultations, we will discuss your preferred style, room requirements, and budget to ensure the design we create is perfectly suited to you.
Designing a home should be an exciting and rewarding experience—one that reflects your personality and lifestyle. My goal is to create a home that is both distinctive and functional, ensuring it stands out while meeting your practical needs.
